2. When we say fresh, we mean fresh: all of our cut flowers are kept in perfect condition.
3. We supply and package our products in complete accordance with our clients’ wishes.
4. We are available 24/7 by phone and online.
5. All claims are handled within 24 hours.
6. Orders placed before 9.00 a.m. will be ready for transport before 5.00 p.m.
7. We maintain daily contact with our clients in their native language.
